Mews has launched an AI-native operating system that consolidates hotel management functions. This solution, revealed at the Unfold 2026 event, includes five products designed to streamline property management, revenue management, messaging, automation, and accounts receivable.

Hotels currently rely on eight to ten software systems, complicating operations. Mews highlights that this fragmentation burdens staff, diverting their focus from enhancing guest experiences.

The company asserts its solution can deliver a 476% return on investment over three years, backed by independent research from IDC. Integration is crucial for hoteliers aiming to remain competitive in a fast-evolving market. Nicole Nguyen, Senior Vice President at CBRE Hotels, emphasizes, "The resilience of the hospitality sector hinges on efficient operational practices, especially during events like the FIFA World Cup in 2026."

Mews collaborates with SiteMinder to enhance this integrated approach. By embedding SiteMinder's distribution engine within Mews's system, hotels can manage data more effectively, allowing for quicker responses to market demands. A September 2025 survey by SiteMinder found that 65% of 700 hoteliers view fully integrated systems as vital for successful AI adoption.

Mews’ system boosts operational efficiency and elevates guest experiences. Automating routine tasks enables staff to personalize services, increasing satisfaction and loyalty. Its AI capabilities also offer predictive analytics, enhancing decision-making in pricing and inventory management.

Integrating disparate systems has posed a significant challenge for AI adoption in hospitality. Mews tackles this issue by centralizing data, facilitating smarter automation and improved performance. As hoteliers innovate to meet consumer expectations, Mews' approach helps them adapt to industry trends.

In a competitive market where experience matters, Mews’ unified platform is becoming essential. The shift toward AI-driven operations reflects broader trends in hospitality, merging efficiency with guest engagement. Mews is leading this transformation, offering potential for operational excellence and better guest interactions.

As the hospitality industry grapples with modern technology complexities, the question arises: will Mews establish a new standard for hotel management? Its innovations will be closely watched as more hotels adopt integrated solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences. The evolution of hotel management requires rethinking service delivery in a digital world.
